It's a courageous and loving decision to seek therapy. Thank you for considering me to accompany you on this profound journey.
内心的转变需要勇气与爱心。谢谢你考虑选择我来帮助你度过这一重要的旅程。
If you choose to work with me, our therapy can become a kind of “home” that we create together.
Here, we'll strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable to be yourself, where you can feel deeply heard and understood. It can be a place where you'll hopefully find comfort and soothing in difficult times, as well as be challenged and supported to grow in a way that's aligned with your values and goals.
As we work together, I will support you to gain more clarity around your feelings and behavioral patterns. I’ll encourage you to practice more freedom and agency around your choices about work, life, and relationships. At the end of your therapy, we'll ideally have helped you get closer to a more expanded, supportive, and resilient sense of “home" that accompanies you after our work terminates.
In my practice, I work with adults of all ages and couples around stress, family conflict, identity, trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD/CPTSD. I am also fluent in Mandarin Chinese (我可以与你讲国语).
Currently, I only accept clients for private pay tele-therapy. I offer sliding scale to individuals upon request; if this is something you’re interested in, we will discuss your situation in our first sessions. I do not work directly with insurance, but can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
I am licensed to provide telehealth psychotherapy across California, including San Francisco, San Jose, Palo Alto, Berkeley, Oakland, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Orange County, and other locations.
If you're interested in working with me for psychotherapy, please contact me.
